REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
Golf: $250 per person (Lunch, golf, dinner, entertainment)
Hole Sponsorship: $500 (includes Golf for 1 + Dinner / Entertainment for 2 + hole signage)
Dinner & Entertainment only: $50 per person

10:00 - 11:30 AM — Registration
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM — Lunch at the Turn
12:30 PM — Shotgun Start
5:30 PM — Dinner + Live Music by The Jam Fam
7:00 PM — Entertainment featuring Mark the Magic Man
