Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will partner closely with the Director of Culinary and senior leadership to cultivate a strong team culture rooted in professionalism, accountability, mentorship, and pride. The role requires a balance of creativity and operational discipline, ensuring that culinary innovation is supported by sound systems, financial stewardship, and executional consistency.

Marketing & Member Experience Manager
The Marketing & Member Experience Manager will be a steward for how information, stories, and insight flow between Club leadership, members, and the broader public. This role exists to ensure that members feel informed, confident, heard, and connected - especially as the Club continues to invest in its facilities, golf course, and long-term vision. The position serves as the guardian of clarity and consistency, translating operations, strategy, and change into thoughtful, timely, and reassuring member-facing communication. The role spans both internal member communications and external brand marketing, ensuring that Cuscowilla’s lived member experience and public image are aligned, intentional, and reflective of the Club’s stature.

Sous Chef
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen staff. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and assisting in the training and development of kitchen personnel. The Sous Chef will also handle inventory control, monitor food costs, and collaborate with other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Line Cook
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook. This position supports daily food service operations by preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate has previous kitchen or line cook experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Servers
We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented teammates. This role is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to our members and guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a polished and welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate has previous serving or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Dishwashers
Full and part time positions available. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, assisting with basic cleaning duties, and supporting the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Golf Shop Attendant
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. You will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in the golf shop, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer service.

Golf Course Starter/Ranger
The Starters/Rangers are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to members and their guests from the first tee to the 18th hole. These staff members must strive to create an excellent member experience and be able to work well in a high-volume area of the Club.
