Executive Chef
Cuscowilla is seeking a strategic, member-focused Executive Chef to lead and elevate the Club’s culinary operations and overall dining experience. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, menu execution, special events, and team development while ensuring consistency, creativity, and exceptional quality. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who balances culinary vision with operational discipline and is committed to building a professional, high-performing team.
Line Cook
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook. This position supports daily food service operations by preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate has previous kitchen or line cook experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Servers
We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented teammates. This role is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to our members and guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a polished and welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate has previous serving or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
