Open Positions

Executive Sous Chef
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation, assisting the Executive Chef with menu planning, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves adhering to food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards. The Executive Sous Chef will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring member satisfaction through high-quality culinary experiences.

Sous Chef
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and overseeing kitchen staff. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and assisting in the training and development of kitchen personnel. The Sous Chef will also handle inventory control, monitor food costs, and collaborate with other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Golf Shop Attendant
As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests. You will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in the golf shop, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer service.

Golf Course Starter/Ranger
The Starters/Rangers are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to members and their guests from the first tee to the 18th hole. These staff members must strive to create an excellent member experience and be able to work well in a high-volume area of the Club.
