This notice describes the various privacy policies and practices of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee and the Golf Club of Cuscowilla.

This notice applies to our customers, members and guests, regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data or non-public information when you provide said data and information when using our services and the choices you have .

Personal Data and/or Non-public Information: While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you this information is considered personal data or non-public information.
