The Waterside Restaurant:
Waterside Server - This part time job is to provide outstanding service to our members and guests ensuring a great dining experience encouraging return visits. Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service while fostering a “can do” attitude and encouraging team work within all departments. Additional requirements: ability to effectively communicate information including menu items and specials; basic math and assessment skills; must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and carry service trays with dishes; must have excellent customer service skills; must be able to work some days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Waterside Bartender - This part time job is to provide outstanding service to our members and guests. Must know how to mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Plan, organize, and control operations behind the bar while providing attentive and timely service. Additional requirements: ability to effectively communicate information including menu items and specials; basic math and assessment skills; must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time; must have excellent customer service skills; must be able to work some days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Line Cook - The Line Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking hot food products, prepare and portion food products prior to cooking, and perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation; handles daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations, and other areas of the kitchen. Requirements: must have a minimum of 2 years of experience dealing with high volume kitchen preparation and cooking; must be able to read and execute recipes as written. Physical Requirements: long hours and varying schedules, weekends, holidays and overtime sometimes required; exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and 10 lbs. of force frequently. This is an hourly-paid position.
Outside Service Staff - This is a part-time position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, excellent service while exceeding all member/guest expectations and all other aspects of Golf Operations. Greet members/guests upon their arrival at the club, prepare and clean the golf cart fleet each day, manage the practice facilities including set-up, take-down, and overall presentation, provide service to the members/guests after completion of play, maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times. Staff will also assist during tournaments, this includes, setting up for club events and assisting in all facets of running events.

Hourly positions based on experience and effort. Must be able to work long hours; must be able to stand, walk and stoop for long periods of time; have full body motion; able to lift, carry, push or pull 50 pounds or more. Jobs are outside so must be able to handle outdoor weather.
