Cuscowilla Ranked #1 Best Course You Can Play
March 3, 2010 EATONTON, GA -- Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee has once again been ranked as Golfweek's #1 Best Course You Can Play, Georgia for 2010.
The national panel of 700 raters perennially scour the Country in search of the best courses and use strategic considerations of shot making, design balance, aesthetics, and conditioning when rating a course. Each course listed must be visited by at least 10 raters to be eligible for a ranking; the rankings are then calculated using a statistically rigorous process over a total of 10 different criteria.
Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee is a semi-private golf course and offers splendid overnight accommodations, dining and a Conference Center to accommodate up to 120 people. Ideally located just over an hour east of Atlanta and located on Georgia's second largest lake, Lake Oconee.
