Retrieves messages;Answers incoming telephone calls; Welcomes on-site visitors; Book reservations; Updates appointment calendars; Maintains fax machines; maintains office supplies; Performs other clerical duties as needed;
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; organizational skills; phone ettiquette; multi-tasking; excellant customer service skills; computer skills a must; work well in stressful situations.
PART-TIME POSITION: Must be able to work any hours on the weekend (both Saturday & Sunday) and evenings M-F.
