Broiled twin lobster tails with drawn butter with your choice of a vegetable and starch.
Pan seared Alaskan halibut piccata with lemon risotto and vegetable du jour.
Each of these entrees will be served with a Champagne split and a complimentary combination dessert featuring a chocolate flourless torte with raspeberry sauce, fresh raspberries and infused white chocolate covered strawberries.
