Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, Georgia
Oversaw all culinary operations for five clubhouses, The Lake Club and a full service country-style restaurant at Reynolds Plantation and Reynolds Landing, as well as all catering events. 
The Citrus Club, Orlando, Florida (Club Corp)
- Created legendary “Chef’s Dinners” by bringing in guest chefs from clubs within the company. ---Opening team at the University Club at Doak Campbell Stadium, Florida State University, 1997. -Regional Chef Specialist working with 14 clubs in food & beverage on a “Traveling Team” spearheading various corporate,wine and fund-raising dinners for the company.
 Stanhope Hotel, New York, New York
Executive Chef of this 150-room European-Grand Luxury hotel on the upper east side of New York. Mentored by Jean Vergnes of the world famous “Le Cirque” and “The Colony” restaurants.  
Awards and Community Involvement
- Finalist for White House  Executive Chef  position in 2005 (George W. Bush, #43); prepared state dinners and cuisine for congressional receptions. 
- Silver Star of Excellence award for leadership, dedication and commitment to the Lake Oconee Chaine.
- First ever nationally-awarded Jeunes Commis Medal of Merit recipient for commitment in training and mentoring young staff. 
- Presented the Grand Officer Maitre Rotissuer ribbons approved by the National Board.
- Prepares monthly and yearly meals for active-duty military personnel at Veterans Hospital in Augusta.
- Inducted as Bailli of the Chaine Lake Oconee chapter, January 2015.

Chef Jeffery Miller is a graduate of Culinary Resource Training in Runaway Bay, Jamaica.  He has twenty three years of experience as a Chef in hotels and resorts.  He has gained experience over the years in prestigious resorts such as Wyndham Rose Hall Resort, South Wind Golf and Country Club and Champions Retreat Golf Club.  He has been a part of the Lake Oconee family for the last thirteen years.  If you have ever met “Cheffery” you will not soon forget him!  Come see Chef Jeffery at the Golf House Grill.
