Chef Jeffery Miller
Chef de Cuisine

Chef Jeffery Miller is a graduate of Culinary Resource Training in Runaway Bay, Jamaica.  He has twenty three years of experience as a Chef in hotels and resorts.  He has gained experience over the years in prestigious resorts such as Wyndham Rose Hall Resort, South Wind Golf and Country Club and Champions Retreat Golf Club.  He has been a part of the Lake Oconee family for the last thirteen years.  If you have ever met “Cheffery” you will not soon forget him!  Come see Chef Jeffery at the Golf House Grill.


Chef Kyle Franks
Sous Chef

Chef Kyle Franks was born and raised in Eatonton, Georgia where he attended high school at Gatewood and graduated college from GMC.  He went to school to be a forester but fell in love with cooking at the age of 17 when he started cooking at Mellow Mushroom.  He came to Cuscowilla in 2004 as a bus boy and started cooking as a pantry cook.  He moved up to a line cook quickly, then became a Junior Sous Chef in June of 2015, and Sous Chef in October of 2015.
In Kyle's spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, or spending time with his family, including his 5 sisters!
