The Club at Cuscowilla
The Club at Cuscowilla is a member owned, private fractional residential membership residence club. The Club at Cuscowilla, Inc. is a not for profit Corporation that has been formed for the purpose of owning and managing residence at Cuscowilla for its members. Memberships, which represent an equity interest in the club, are offered under the membership plan.
The Club at Cuscowilla owns beautiful three bedroom, three bath lake villas located in the Lake Village area of Cuscowilla. There are no more than seventeen memberships in the club for each villa owned. The Club at Cuscowilla allows members the opportunity to access high quality accommodations and amenities on Lake Oconee for a fraction of the cost of second-home ownership with a golf membership. The Club at Cuscowilla centers on quality of life, family, flexibility, and value. The Club provides the weekend getaway, the family vacation place, activities for the whole family and fun.
The Club at Cuscowilla provides use of one, two and three bedroom villas on a space available yet prioritized basis. Year round access to on-site amenities, which include tennis, golf, swimming and walking trails is included in membership dues. All unit maintenance, upkeep, refurbishment, cleaning, etc., is provided by on-site staff. The Club Villas are in close physical proximity to the Lake and the primary amenities.
