New Property Service Housekeeper  - Responsible for cleaning rooms, halls, restaurants, bathrooms, offices and other areas by performing numerous other duties.  Minimum requirements: high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or training; good communication, organizational, and customer service skills; must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a criminal background check; must be available to work varied hours and days of the week throughout the year including weekends and holidays.  Physical requirements: able to reach with hands and arms; able to stoop or kneel; occasionally required to climb or balance.  

New Property Service Assistant Manager - Responsible for overseeing Property Service Supervisor and team members.  The focal point of this position is to ensure that all property accommodations on location are always at their best. The position will plan, organize, and execute assigned tasks and ensure all company procedures and specifications are adhered to.  This is a salary position to be determined based on experience.  Requirement Highlights:  Minimum of 6 to 12 months related experience; high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; excellent communication skills; ability to teach, coach and train staff with proper procedures in all aspects of cleaning; strong customer service skills; knowledge of products used and chemical safety.  Must have a valid driver license and clean criminal background check.  Must be available to work varied hours and days of the week throughout the year including weekends and holidays.  Must be able to move/lift up to 40lbs and/or lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. 

Landscape Technician - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license; able to work long hours; must be able to stand, walk, and stoop for long periods of time; have full body motion; able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 pounds; able to install and maintain landscape areas; able to operate a variety of equipment.
 
Golf Course Maintenance Technician - High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license; ability to work long hours; golf course or turf maintenance preferred.  Must be able to stand, walk, and stoop for long periods of time and have full body motion; able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 pounds; able to operate a variety of equipment.

Caddy -
 This is a part-time position. Escorting and assisting golfers on the course.  Knowledge of golf is required. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to walk for extended periods of time. Weekend work is required.

Valet - This is a part-time position. Meeting and greeting customers as they drive up to the Golf Shop. Parking and retrieving the customer's vehicle. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to operate different types of vehicles and equipment.

Cart Attendant - This is a full-time position. This is a position where you will be required to meet and greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, able to operate a range picker, maintain cleanliness of golf carts. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.  Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to operate different styles of vehicles and equipment. Excellent customer service skills.

Waterside Host/Hostess - This is a part-time position. This job requires you to meet and greet customers and seat them at tables; therefore, you are the first employee that a customer interacts with and positive attitudes are a must. Additional requirements: ability to effectively communicate information with basic math and assessment skills; must be able to be on your feet and walk for extended periods of time; must have an excellent customer service skills; must be able to work some days, evenings, and weekends.

Golf House & Waterside Server - This is a part-time position. This job is to provide outstanding service to our members and guests and to make sure they have a great dining experience.  Additional requirements: ability to effectively communicate information including menu items and specials; basic math and assessment skills; must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and carry service trays with dishes; must have excellent customer service skills; must be able to work some days, evenings, and weekends.

Golf House Grill Line Cook - This position is hourly paid and part-time. Duties include the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry stations, and other areas of the kitchen.  Must have a minimum of 2 years experience dealing with high volume in-kitchen preparation and cooking; able to read and execute recipes as written; required to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays; must have solid work ethic and be a self- starter.
