Jimmy started his career in Group Event Sales at Port Armor Golf Club on Lake Oconee and ascended into the position of Club Manager / Real Estate Broker. Jimmy has worked in the Golf / Resort business on Lake Oconee for 21 years and his real estate career is specialized in resort and second home residential sales. Jimmy sets the professional pace for a team that achieves high sales performance levels.

Pete Foreman is an Associate Broker with Cuscowilla Real Estate specializing in resort property and second home sales. Pete has been involved in Real Estate with Developer Pete Bailey and Partners since August, 1983 through the development of 39 subdivisions around Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair. Pete served 8 years as the Sales Manager / Real Estate Broker for the Developers Lake Sinclair Office prior to joining the sales staff at Cuscowilla in the middle 90's. Prior to 1983; Pete spent 17 years in the construction industry specializing in the building of light commercial and residential homes.
