Cuscowilla Golf Membership Summary - 2012

Residential Golf Memberships are transferrable with the sale of a Cuscowilla property. If the Membership value of a property is less than $40,000 then the new owner must pay a Membership upgrade fee to The Golf Club at Cuscowilla no later than the closing date. If the new owner does not pay the Membership upgrade fee then the Membership value assigned to the property will be reduced to zero. The owner may purchase a Golf Membership at any time by paying the then current initiation fee providing the Golf Club is accepting new Members at that time. Once the Membership is upgraded the Membership may be activated as a Resident Social or Full Golf.

Resident Social Members pay $125 per month in dues plus the $340 per year service fee. Social Members may play four round of golf per year for no additional fee. All additional rounds of golf will be charged at the Resort Guest Rate. Social Members have unlimited use of the golf practice facilities.

Full Golf Members receive unlimited family golf and pay $300 per month if their primary residence is more than 60 miles from Cuscowilla. If the Members primary residence is within 60 miles of Cuscowilla then monthly dues are $400 per month. Full Golf members also pay the $340 per year service fee and have unlimited use of the golf practice facilities.

Non-Resident Golf Memberships are currently offered at $15,000. Non-Resident Golf Members receive unlimited family golf and pay $300 per month if their primary residence is more that 60 miles from Cuscowilla. If the Members primary residence is within 60 miles of Cuscowilla then monthly dues are $400 per month. Non-Resident Golf Members also pay the $340 per year service fee and have unlimited use of the golf practice facilities plus full access to the swimming pools and tennis courts.
