Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee offers Lake Oconee Residents the option of purchasing a Non Resident Golf Membership. A Cuscowilla Membership includes all of the following rights and privileges:

  • Unlimited use of Golf Practice Facilities
  • Resort Swimming Pool with Food and Beverage Service
  • Lighted Tennis Courts, Walking Trails, Lake Access
  • Exclusive Member Discounts on Golf Shop Merchandise and adult beverages
  • Access to all Cuscowilla Private Club Events

$25,000 - Cuscowilla Non Resident Golf Membership

  • $25,000 Initiation Fee - In house financing available
  • Join now and pay no Monthly Golf Membership Fees for TWO YEARS if paid in full!
  • Includes eight free green fee vouchers for guests

$1,500 - Cuscowilla "Join for a Year" Trial Non Resident Golf Membership

  • $1,500 Fee due at signing
  • Member will pay current monthly dues structure
  • After one year Member can apply $1,000 toward a Membership or walk away

$15,000 - Cuscowilla Non Resident Golf Membership - "2012 Promotional Price"

  • $15,000 Initiation Fee - In house financing available
  • Join now and pay no Monthly Golf Membership Fees for ONE YEAR if paid in full!
  • Includes four free green fee vouchers for guests

Cuscowilla "5 Year Plan" Golf Membership

  • $2,000 Fee - due at signing
  • Member will pay an accelerated Dues Structure
  • 125% of current dues for two years
  • 150% of current dues for three years
  • 50% of additional dues goes toward $25,000 initiation fee and other 50% goes to Club
  • After Five years Member can decide to pay the remainder of the Membership upgrade fee to join or simply walk away - must give three months notice
  • If Member decides to continue then $1,000 of initiation fee is applied toward initiation fee along with 50% of "extra" dues payments

Cuscowilla Senior Golf Membership

  • $2,000 - Fee due at signing
  • Member must be 60 years or older
  • Member will pay an accelerated Dues Structure until the age of 70
  • 125% of current dues for two years
  • 150% of current dues until Member is 70 year old then dues return to normal level and no additional fees are due
  • If member joins when 66 or older member will pay two years of dues at 125% of the current price then dues will be charged at 150% for three years. Then monthly dues return to normal level and no additional initiation fee is due

Cuscowilla Junior Club Membership

  • Must be 25 to 34 years old
  • $2,000 Fee - due at signing
  • Member will pay an accelerated dues structure - see agent for schedule of payments
  • At the end of the program the Member can decide to pay remainder of Membership upgrade fee to join permanently or simply walk away
  • If Member decides to continue the program then $1,000 of the original initiation fee is applied toward the remaining initiation fee due along with 50% of "extra" dues payments

Cuscowilla Legacy Golf Membership

  • $12,500 Initiation Fee- In house financing available
  • Must be child or Parent of a Cuscowilla Member
  • Member will pay no Monthly Golf Membership Fees for first SIX MONTHS!

Cuscowilla Corporate Golf Membership

  • $15,000 Initiation Fee - In house financing available
  • Up to three additional corporate officers can join for half the current Non- Resident Membership Initiation Fee - ($12,500)
  • Join now and pay no Monthly Golf Membership Fees for first SIX MONTHS!

The Club at Cuscowilla (CAC)

  • The CAC is a private residence club that provides it members with all of the advantages of second home ownership for a fraction of the cost. We are currently having a limited time offer of full membership for the low initiation fee of only $21,000. In addition, new members will have the option to add a National Golf Membership for no additional fee!
  • Use of 6 three-bedroom lake villas which can be divided into 2br or 1br for your stay
  • Complimentary 'in residence' golf rounds
  • Additional dining, tennis and swimming amenities
  • Normally, staying 3 full weeks or 6 full weekends in one of the CAC villas and playing golf each day would cost over $11,000. The CAC membership gives you all of these benefits for an annual cost of $3,077.
