The hospitality management trainee program is designed to help you gain experience and expertise; you will need to posses certain fundamental skills to be considered for this program.
Candidates for the hospitality training program must demonstrate a natural leadership ability. A trainee will learn to be a self motivator, resourceful, creative, organized, detail oriented and mostly to develop a commitment to excellence.
Under the guidance of an experienced manager, you will participate in such functions including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivation, discipline, performance appraisal, conflict resolution and the administration of the different division's policies. You will develop people skills that will enable you to serve as a role model for customer service in all divisions of hospitality.
